Before that, she was consulting for Barclays in Citizenship – where the mission was to drive financial literacy, create jobs and empower people in underserved communities. Earlier in her career, she led M&A for GE Healthcare Life Sciences and worked in healthcare investment banking at Morgan Stanley. Most recently, Clara was an investment director with Zurich Alternative Asset Management, where she managed fund investments and co-investments alongside several top-tier private equity partners. “Clara has the background to represent Chubb when she speaks with the heads of private equity firms and asset management leaders as well as Chubb senior management." Like my other leaders, she plays a role in the overall strategy for Chubb’s investment portfolio, plus she has specific oversight of the equity portfolios.” Tim also noted that he needed a seasoned communicator in this highly visible external role.
